Looks - and sounds - fake to me. 20GB of internal memory? Yeah...riiiight.
Sorry folks, but putting a micro-drive in a cell phone is STILL a bad idea.
(Yes, I know Nokia has done it before...still a bad idea)
Now, a solid-state drive....that's another story altogether and would be pretty bad-ass albeit expensive as hell in today's market.

fake

for one, the stop button is far too sharp compared to the rest of the image. has been 'shopped if you ask me

Lol, I was trying to put forward realistic ideas. You cannot cram too much in a phone, the N95 is proof of this. While its an undoubtably good phone, looking at the forums it does suffer from having so much onboard.

If your outdoors in the wilderness, the last thing you want is wifi.

Horses for courses and all that! 😉

Sorry got to agree No Wifi! I spend 1/2 my life out of Mobile phone range.

But still apprechiate Wifi when I get to the other end!

Barometer Yes Please
Thermometer yes please.
Compass only if acurate to a degree or so. Think I saw a compass in a phone once or it was a good windup (Strange people you meet some places).
Water Proof would be heaven....

A barometer! Yes please. I could use it for ......er!....um!.....I dunno!
A thermometer " " " "
GPS has altitude and compass already!
WiFi is absolutely essential (if not for you today then it will be soon).
High speed internet is the most important aspect of any mobile phone now and way into the future. This will provide any and all information and entertainment in real time. In fact it does already!

Yup, but the compass isnt great, especially when standing still. Certainly no use for map reading.

Not true, wifi will not be essential for me on a phone for a long time. High speed internet is already available, its known as 3G and the various faster versions. This is already very easily put into phones (just ignore apple on that one 😃 ).

The whole point is to come up with a phone thats reliable, and sensible. Imo, putting wifi on a phone designed for rural outdoors stuff would be a total waste, and needless increase in cost.

Sounds to me like youd be happier with an 'urban' phone, not the outdoorsy one I specced
