Software Updater not working? — Nokia N95 and N95 8GB

I just got my Nokia N95 and managed to change the product code, but I cannot update the software. It sees the old v11 firmware but gives an error that there is a problem with the network and trouble downloading it.
Anyone else getting the same problem and is there another way to get the firmware?

Edit: It says
"Downloading software update package failed the service may be down..."

Edit 2: I'm also getting trouble with the maploader (yes I have used the maps application once) and it tells me "An unexpected error occurred please try again"

Help!

Also (if possible) put the memory card straight into the computer to upload the maps.

Hmm I found out that my firewall and anti-virus was disabled and couldn't allow any new applications to connect unless I accessed the settings and clicked allow. Thanks guys, this phone is awesome!
