It's been available 3Denmarks's X-series for about a month.
Now they just need to release that v12 firmware update for the product code 3 have been selling to us in Denmark.
What's with all the carriers and the "Not allowed to use the phone as a PC modem" thing about.
They give you a maximum data allowance, so what do they care how you use it. I can see why they might gripe about it for VoIP, but what's the problem with using it to surf, email etc. using my laptop ?
Rather irritating...

3 in Denmark does not limit your use - you can use the N95 as a modem if you want...
The data plan is a bit expensive though - approximately 40 GBP per month for unlimited use - but that includes Mobile TV.

can anyone provide the n95 3 product code. Its on the side of the box and under the imei number if you take out the battery.Starts with 05
