Empty list in App Manager & "Unable to install"

I tried installing a version of Navigon on my N95, but after install, there was no icon present in my menus. Then I thought, let's uninstall the app, but when goin into my App Manager, the list is completely empty. Except for 2 programs which were installed a long time ago. SendSMS and Yahoo Go. All the other stuff just vanished from the list. All my installed applications (except Navigon) still work, but I just can't uninstall them. The default Nokia stuff is also gone from the list, such as all the search plugins. There are just 3 rows visible when entering App Manager.

1. Download apps
2. SendSMS
3. Yahoo Go!

But that's not all. I can't install anything anymore either!! On every install now, also the ones that worked a few days ago, I get the message "unable to install".

Is there anyone who has an idea how to fix this without hard resetting the phone and loosing everything??

Hi there,

could it be, that your internal phone memory is full? Just the first thought...
Does not explain the empty list, though.
