I'm looking for a good fitting leather case for my N95.
Ive recently purchased a genuine Nokia CP-208 and to be honest its not very good for an N95, its far to big (shame on you Nokia for recommending it on your web site!)
and personally i dont like side pouches. Im too used to my standard issue Moto v3i leather pouch and looking for a similar one for my N95.
ideally im after a top opening pouch like the Nokia CP-154
Has anyone got one of these and is it a nice snug fit?
if not....
Can you recommend one that is similar?
I dont like too much of the phone exposed, ideally I would like all the phone protected, a black leather one and top opening pouch.
Thank you
I've always used Krusell cases and am very pleased with the N95 version.

Stay well clear from the CP-154 (unless you want to buy mine that is 😊 ). It is absolutely massive, it could comfortably hold an N95 and 2 Motorola Razrs. Shame on Nokia for calling it an N95 case.. its like Samsonite saying every briefcase in their range is compatible with the N95.
I got the Nokia CP191 off ebay...perfect fit (obviously) ...opens like a book, camera cut outs etc. Very nice!

Ive seen how this fastens with clips onto the N95 base (plum or sand bit)...
well....
since i took my N95 apart apart to fix a loose slider, this type of case scares me because i found the bottom TOO EASY to take off, and this case attaches to this part doesnt it?
I have a Krusell and it is excellent. A great fit for the N95, snug but not too tight. Good looking too and at about !! excellent value. I keep it on my belt everywhere I go now.

can you point me in the right direction or give me a product number/link etc
ye i have the cp191 nokia case its a perfect fit excellent quality leather superb :icon14:
I bought a "hama" case from Asda. 9.99, leather and a perfect fit for the n95. I like the look of krusell but it looks restricting .. the one I have is a straigt forward compact camera case, but its VERY well built and fits the n95 like it was made for it.

http://www.krusell.se/product.php?productID=1345&category=7Loads of people selling it on eBay.

Yes it does, but you leave the phone in the case permanently...you can use the camera and all functions with case on.
It opens like a little book...can't envisage a problem as yet??
As someone else said, they are really smart and good quality leather...worth a look anyway😊

It is indeed a nice case but my concerns are that the weight of the leather will pull the back off my phone, because i have had the back off my phone to fix the loose slider. It really is scary how easily the back bit comes off

i saw a few cases in asda the other day and thought about buying one, I'll be trying one of these me thinks...THANK YOU
I'm very satisfied with my nokia cp-150
Even though this is not a tip you asked for:icon2: I'm also very satisfied with my bluetooth stereo headset with radio. It's called Itech clip radio.
Good luck and let us now what leathercase you chose😉
Hey,
I am still struggling to find a good N95 case myself, I want one which allows all the functions to be used but that also protects the screen. Nokia should have moulded in a clear panel in the existing case to atleast protect the screen underneath, they did so with the N73 for instance.
Anyhow, I have always like the Krussels they fit so well and look good to and this one is top of my list, but I'd prefer not to keep opening the cover to use the slider. So I searched some more.
I came across this :
http://www.boxwave.com/products/dlsleeve/nokia-n95-designio-leather-sleeve_2688.htm
Looks good, protects the edges of the phone and the screen by the looks of it but as yet have not ordered it.
Does anyone have any experience of this case perhaps?

Same goes for the CP-155, I just got one today and the thing is huge. I wish i'd read this thread first.
I'd previously ordered a PDAir n95 case from mobilefun.co.uk (product id 13205 ) but cancelled it, as I'd been waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive in stock with no sign. Shame, that one looked perfect for me. Might have to start investigating other options now.
well.....
the best dedicated N95 case ive seen by far IMO is the one coolice mentioned
http://www.boxwave.com/products/dlsl...leeve_2688.htm
For those who said the CP-155 was too large.
Would then be a good leather case to house a N95 which already has a Proporta Crystal Case on it?
I am looking for a leather case/pouch to hold my n95 with a Proportal Crystal Case on it thus the tightly fit cases/pouches made for n95 probably would not work.
Just wondering if people had any suggestions or experience with this.
The CP-155 would fit a phone that was 115mm x 65mm x 23mm - thats without stretching it slightly, so you could probably get away with slightly bigger too.
