How to activate speakerphone?

Just got an E61i, first symbian phone.

On my older Nokia, when a call was coming in, there was a screen choice of accepting the call direct to speakerphone. And anytime on a call I could toggle between speakerphone and normal mode with just a key press.

I don't see how to do that with the E61i. I have to hit a key to accept the call, then hit the options key, then hit the loudspeaker key -- 3 keystrokes, that's unacceptable. And if I want to take it off of speakerphone, that's another 2 keystrokes. Am I missing anything?

Is there any 3rd party software that can reprogram keys to help this?

Thanks for your help.

I am not sure about the e61i but my e61 gives me the option of loudspeaker on the right softkey when a caqll is connected, et voila 1 keypress to answer, which you would have to do unless you had autoanswer enabled in your profile, and 1 keypress for loudspeaker. Hope that helps.

Yes, when you call out it gives you a few seconds choice of activating speakerphone, but not when a call is coming in -- the choice at that time is "mute".
