E61i results to Menu: system error -1
It happens after some third part installation? Do you have some third part theme? Do you format the card inside the phone?

I had the same problem with my E61 quite a while ago. Applications stored on the memory card would randomly fail to start giving me a system error instead. Turned out that I had set up a password for the memory card and that this is what caused the problem. So launch the Memory card (or Memory in grid view) application on your phone and check if your card is not password-protected. If it is, remove the password.

I have and have had the same error msg appear even when I had no password set to my memory card so that wont be it. Most likely a 3rd party software/theme.

Sounds like there may be other causes of problem, but it's wrong to say having a password set won't be the cause. I just had the problem, and removing the password on the storage card fixed it (and thanks to elp for the answer!). So, if you have the problem, run the Memory card app, and see if you have the option to remove the password; if you do, that's certainly worth trying.
