Hi
Sorry to be a total dimwit 😡 but I have bought TT Navigator 6 for N95 but I just cannot get the software to the phone? I have installed Tom Tom Home on PC via either the disc or the SD card but from here I am stuck! The instructions DO NOT say how to get the application from the SD card to my phone which has a 4Gb Micro SD card of which 800Mb is free. All I get from the TT home is that there is no TT connected!? I even set the software to Symbian 60 S3 device. Can anyone spare the time to walk through this installation cause Ive lost all my hair trying!!!!!!! 😃

If you search your PC, you should find that TomTomHome has downloaded a SIS file to install the app. Try c:\program files\tomtom home\downloades etc.
If you can find the file, you can install it using PC Suite.
You will then have to copy the map folder to the root of the memory card manually.
Hope this helps?
Hi, have been through each & every folder & the only SIS file is 3KB which is not enough to be an install application? The one I had from my TT5 was 2.5Mb which I used on my N70?

PM me I will see if I can find the SIS file. You will need your own licence key and maps to use TT6 as I can only supply you with the 6.02 install file that's freely available already from TT website using TT Home.
You do not need a SIS file.
The process to install TomTom is as follows: -
1) Ensure that your MicroSD card is formatted by the phone (ie that it has all of the Nokia folders present - if you've already been using it in the phone then this will be the case).
2) Connect the phone to the PC by USB, and activate Mass Storage Mode.
3) Run TomTom home on the PC, and it will recognise the Mass Storage Drive as a phone. You may need to tell it that it is S60v3. It will now let you install tomtom to the phone.
You don't need to run a sis file on the phone.

Good advice but I assumed the author of the thread had already tried that.
TomTom Home does copy the SIS file to the phone as part of the process.
Here it the CAB file that TomTom Home downloads. It may be of some use.
