Well, can I get a virus on 9210, when the phone is connected to infected PC?? Or from surfing the web or from recived emails when I'm connected on the internet with 9210??
If it's possible, how can I check for viruses on 9210???

It's certainly possible and there is a virus checker available for the machine..... but (at risk of tempting fate), I'd say it's not likely that you're going to find one on your machine.
Stay safe and keep from warez.
Has anybody here had a virus on their 92x0?
Nope
Not yet... 😃
nope
I suppose that to really improve our chances of getting a virus on our 92x0 machines, we need to get Microsoft to develop an application for it 😃 That way, viruses will appear like flies to a blue light.
There was some talk a while ago of Microsoft even releasing IE for Symbian! Heck no!
I don't think there is a a virus for the 9210. but you can get files infected with pc virusses, these files can be found with the 9210 virus scansoftware... atleast this is what I think
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo 😮
Is there a chance to check for viruses from PC on 9210???? or is only way the wap site mentioned above???
Personally it ain't worth worrying about, it ain't running windoze so you don't have to worry about it randomly going to bollox.... Oh, you meant purpose made virii, not Windoze.... As in that case, there are no virii for the Symbian OS in the wild that we know of and there probably isn't even hidden away.
Treat virii like they don't exist, even on my windoze PC I only had 2 in the past 10 years, one was a nasty boot sector virus that scrambled my hard drive on my 386 (all those years ago), a format soon recovered that. And the other was Win92.CIH about 4 years ago, and the payload didn't go off before I reformatted it and lost it, and a friend found it on an old floppy I gave him, we traced that to a PC Magazine cover CD.
Real virii seem hard to come across, the only *really* popular virii seem to be the outlook based mass mailers, that aren't really virii, not proper ones, as all you have to do is not use M$ outlook (which is shite anyway), and you won't catch them.
There's software available if you really need it, check

I hava a problem with my Nokia and I'm trying to figured out but I can't. Sometimes in certin parts of town, I'm unable to make a call. On PDA display the message is shown "Network temporary unavelible, try again immediattly" When I try again nothing happens. The phone than usully restart itself, and then somtimes I can and sometimes I can't make a call. With out restaring it, manually, it's not possible to make a call at all. As I said this happens only in certin parts of town (acctully always the same, for now!?). I tought it's cause of cold but it is not, because this problem never heppened in my neighbourhood. This probablly happens, when it comes to changeing network transmiters?? and the phone is just blocked!
Any suggestions, or the only solution is the service???
thanx
well i think its time for the developoers to create a symbian virus😊)
just kidiing!!!!
It would create a big caos! 😮
