Does it work OK over wifi? If so could you let me know what f/w you are running.

On Vodafone R5 the streaming application opens but the download jumps directly to 100% and nothing happens. This same behaviour is widely reported across UIQ forums.

I use it on my wifi but the buffering goes from 0 to 100 and then nothing happens. i know it works on other p990s but it dosent work on mine.

I often have this problem too, that buffering goes from 0 to 100% and nothing happens. Then it takes a long time to leave the video application. Youtube mobile usually works for me but there are some other kinds of streams that often fail to load. The strange thing is that it always works of 3G net, but often fails over WiFi. Any solutions to this?

Same deal, i can not get youtube streaming to work over WiFi for the life of me. If anyone actually knows how to do it, please let me know..and yes i am running the latest firmware from sony.

I am using the latest firmware there is. I can watch youtube videos through wifi, however I did encounter what you are describing and it happens randomly on some videos. Don't know what is the cause of that exactly though. The majority of videos play normally though.

Question:

The Youtube videos are actually Flash movies.

Does that mean that Flash is supported in the P990i?

(For PCs you have to downloaded it...)
