"General memory low" error message

When I attempted to watch a video i got an error message saying "General memory low..." How do I rectify this? Bearing in mind there is virtually nothing on my phone since i've only had it since Thursday it cannot have a full memory yet!

Is this related to the litte blue circular arrows that appear above certain icons on the main menu? are these open programs? if so how do I close them?

If you hold your finger down on the blue Menu button, a little dialog will pop up showing whats running. You can scroll through that to go to the application and then use Exit in the options menu to close it properly.

If when you get the popup all you see is Standby....nothing else is running.

I pressed those keys, and this is what I got:

V11.0.026
17-04-07
RM-159
Nokia N95(43.01)

I have absolutley no idea what that means, if it's good, bad or indifferent!

Yes, the circular arrows show that the program is open.
