No Signal -- N73

Hey guys,
***when I say "drops signal" I mean that there are no bars, and the service provider name disappears.**
I've owned a Nokia N73 since November 2006. It has served me very well. I have changed product codes and updated to ME and IE.. But recently I have changed my code back to default and updated to the newest N73 firmware.

While using the Music Edition, the phone seemed to drop signal completely without warning and it wouldn't be able to speak with AT&T at all. So I tried updating to the newest N73 firmware (as I wrote above), but still it just drops signal. It usually comes back in ~5-10 minutes. But thats unacceptable.

Is this something that I have to send in to Nokia to fix, or is something setup incorrectly? My n73 is from malaysia, so I would have to send it in there for repairs.. Has anyone done this before?

Thanks,
MaDman

Maybe the network coverage is just not good where you are, or does it happen in any location?

It happens in locations in which I have full signal for quite a long time.. Then it just disapears.

Also, my mom, sister, and 2 cousins have AT&T, and they always have signal in the locations I describe.

UPDATE::

I formatted my phones memory with the * 3 green button combination.. I have the newest firmware.. and it still happens..

Any ideas?
