Even with the glitches and Sony not really supporting this, I really like my P990i. Leaps and bounds over my P900.
So I am sync-ing with MS Outlook 2003 just fine.
I get TOO MANY meeting requests, so I only accept a certain amount of them. If I do not respond (Accept/Decline/tenative) a meeting, Outlook places it in my calendar anyway. I am working on fixing that.
BUT - when I sync my phone, the phone's calendar is adding a 30 minute preceeding alarm to these unaccepted meetings?? Even if the meeting never had an alarm! So I am constantly being reminded of meetings.
I have played with the calendar alarm settings, but all it changes are the ones I create on the phone, not the sync'd ones.
Ok, not a huge deal, but some of them are at 5AM, and with the phone on the charging cradle on my bedroom dresser, the wife keeps slugging me 😮 whenever it goes off. (Yeah, I know I could charge it in another room)
Thoughts?
