No Vodafone Unlocking?

I just phone up vodafone and asked them if it was possible to unlock my phone so that i could use a different sim, but the guy told me that they were unable to do it!? :con?

I've only had the contract for a day but really need to use my other sim card too. Anyone know where i can unlock it?

I appreciate any help.

Ring vodafone again and see if you can get a better answer. They should be able to do it - they did my N70 and N80 for free ("over a year old"😉.

Vodafone charge �20 for unlocking a handset on contract. I have no idea why they said they couldnt, ring them again and be more persistant.

If you are not able to unlock your mobile phone through Vodafone, you can get the unlock code from any online source. There are many providing unlock code. You can choose any one among them. Once you receive the unlock code, You can visit http://www.mobileunlockguide.com/ . This site provides free unlocking instructions. this could help you understand unlocking process better.
