Hi,
What is the latest firmware and where can you get it from?
How can I also check what firmware I have?

To check your firware version in flip closed mode select MORE, select STATUS and scroll down till you can see ORGANIZER. The last group of characters shows which version of F/W is loaded (R6E28 is the latest generic, R5A17 is the latest UK Vodafone). Take a look at http://uiq3.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/CDA/P990i for a full list of the latest.

To get the latest version you need the SEUS software loaded onto your PC or you can take the phone to a service centre.
