Help, applications/tools/office folders all jumbled up

Ok could someone tell me what I should have in each of these folders, Applications/Tools/Office

I dont know what happened my phone went all weird and I switched it off then on and my Office folder completely dissapeared and everything went into my applications folder except from Wlan Wizard which stayed in Tools

So could someone please tell me where I should put everything.

You check the phone's User Guide.

Or you can put the apps in whatever order and which ever subfolders feel best for you (what's most convenient menu order for me is not what Nokia's designers thing the order is).
