Please help me with this one...
Can anyone knows how you can edit/delete individually the log file of calls nad sms without having to delete the log file completelly?
Is there any program who can do stuff like that?

Sorry, but whilst you can delete entries from any of the Recent calls lists (Missed calls, Received calls, Dialled numbers) they will still show in Log.
However, if I read your problem correctly, there are a couple of things you can do that may help.
1. If the offending call/SMS that you wish to delete is more than 24 hours old you could change your log settings to 1 day.
Menu > Applications > Log > Options > Settings > Options
This would then only show the last 24 hours of traffic through your phone.
2. In future in may be a good idea to rename some of your "sensitive" contacts. i.e. Jessica = Jerry, Wendy = William, Claire = Clive etc. I'm sure you get the idea.

There is a program called Call Manager that hides all inbound and outbound calls and texts from contacts identified on a specific list. These calls and texts can only be seen by entering special menu area and do not appear in the sms sent list or in your call logs. It's pretty handy.
