Bandwidth or Data Use Monitor for E61?

Hello - I need to find a utility that monitors data/Internet usage for my E61 - my phone bill last month was $400, likely in part due to that darn "IMAP idle" issue.

If anyone can provide me with a link to paid software or shareware/freeware that does this for the S60v3 that runs on the E61, that would be great.

The app is built in and is called Log. Scroll to Packet data and there you can see all the trafic made. You can also celar it whenever you want.
