Hi. This is my first posing on here and I could really do with some help!
I received my shiny new N95 as an upgrade on my Orange contract yesterday, so the first thing I did was upgrade the firmware to V12 Euro 1 Plum.
The flashing seems to have gone perfectly well except for one pretty major problem � I can�t send or receive texts and MMS or use any of the internet access points!
All the correct Orange settings are saved, but I just keep getting �Unable to send message � Check network services� error messages with I try to send a text and �Packet data not available � Check network services� when I try the internet.
I reflashed it again but the problem is persisting.
This stuff all worked fine before installing V12. Anyone got any similar experiences or advice that could help me stop crying into my cornflakes?!

You can only check the settings of your operator with him. Line by line if is correct. It should work, because it work well for many others.
Have you tried getting new settings? I've just done exactly the same thing as you, when the phone finished updating I went to...oh no, I can't post a url cos I haven't made ten posts yet. Ok, on the Nokia website in the support bit there's a section where you can get Nokia to send you all the new orange internet, mms, text, etc. settings via text message.

In addition to the MMS and GPRS access points, you also need to edit the Packet Data setting. On Orange the value should be orangeinternet
