there are many sites available now where you can get free ringtones. such as zedge.net and funformobile.com.
A nifty tool I just added to my own website which can be found in my sig is a ringtone creator where you can make ringtones from any audio file or youtube URL. Thought this would be really useful as many people are browsing youtube these days just for the music.
