Not enough memory ro receive message(s) Delete some data first

Help Please.

No programms running. Only Standby
No messaging at all (all deleted-inbox,sent,outbox,drafts,emails etc)

I have a 4GB Memory card - Storing Images and Video.

When using File Manager / Memory Details on my phone its states:

147MB in use.
But in the breakdown below, putting everything together it comes to about 1.5 MB.

Phone has become unuseable due to not having enough memory to do anything at all.

Why ? Help ? Please

Memory details doesn't show all uses that memory can be put to. Applications, for example, don't show up.

You should install applications to the memory card, especially if you have a 4GB card.

My phone shows 53MB in use, 94MB free. I suspect you've filled the 94MB (making 147MB in all) with stuff that could live on the card.

Nope.

Deleted all the applications off my phone to try and solve the problem.

Backup your contacts with PC Suite then format the internal memory (*#7370#)

Don't run a PC Suite Backup/Restore as you will just replicate the problem after restoring.
