Auto-restart Problems with Nokia N70

hey there..

I'm expiriencing some problems with my nokia n70. the phone starts up normally until it reaches the point where it asks for the security code.. as soon as that is entered it will stay on for a few seconds and then restarts automatically.. i tried to connect it to the pc suite but it wont allow me to do that during the time its asking for the security code and when i enter it there is not enough time for pc suite to connect.. any suggestions what i could do? i only wish to save my contact numbers.. any suggestions or tips will be highly appriciated..

You can do a little "experiment": use any other mobile phone and do that you wouldn't need to enter PIN code and then try using it with N70.

Well the PIN code is in the SIM card and can be desabled.. The security code is on the phone to protect it when inserting a different sim card.. usually it asks for both.. first the security and then the pin code.. i could disable it but it will go straight to the main screen and restarts after abit..
