Does anyone knows when this little wonder will be available in Taiwan ???
It kills me not being able to find a release date calendar on nokia's website.
Thanks for the info.

I heard that it will not be available in Taiwan at all 😞( or maybe only in 2008...
If you cannot wait, there is still a solution: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/63296/
Very bad news...
Where did you heard that ?
Thanks for the info anyway, I ll try to find a way, might consider the N95 as alternative... or an HTC?
Are you waiting to get it on a subsidized contract or do you plan to buy it unlocked? If the latter, why not order it from Hong Kong or Singapore? I'm a Brit living in South Korea, and I ordered mine from Hong Kong for a reasonable price.
It is part of consideration, but for such price (how much is "reasonable" for you?) I am a bit worry about warranty and servicing...
Do you mind telling me your source in HK?
It can definitively be an option...
Thanks
While I do not know in which area people live, I can recommend checking on Taobao[.com] ad Younet[.com] for possible outlets.
During my time in Shanghai and Beijing, I found these sites quite useful to buy import hardware such as Nokia and Sony-Ericsson telephones.

If you are looking at the E90 for valid reasons, I cannot recommend switching to the (new) N95 or any HTC.
My experience with HTC has been limited to the HTC P3600 and the HTC TyTN, the TyTN is with a slide out keyboard and Windows Mobile 5.0, but I must say that the Nokia E90 is faster and more stable than either one of the WM products.
While there might not be as much software for Symbian 9.2 series 60 and especially for the widescreen E90 format, more and more products are being altered to work like the very nice EpocWare products.
I am confident in my E90 for not dying for lack of juice for the last week (5 days) while my TyTN did not even make it through 2 whole days without a recharge.
I would recommend waiting for the official release of the Nokia E90 in your region or importing from Singapore if you need official Simplified Chinese support.
It is also possible to import from the UK without having problems with the keyboard layout when you want to reflash to the Singapore firmware.
I am currently writing a small guide to reflash a Nokia E90 to different regions.
it will be up soon and the whole procedure is quite fast, painless and has very low risk of failing (I would say 0,0001% 😉 )
Take care :icon14:
Thanks for the advices.
I ll look on the websites if I can find something.
I heard from a Nokia shop recently that it might be available in October!
Too many contradictory information ... don' t know who to trust...
I wish Nokia had an on-line official worldwide release calendar, but I guess it is too much to ask for.

I stopped by a Nokia store that I know and asked for the E90.
The owner of the shop looked up in her computer and told me it might be available in october...
Dont know what to think about such info, but I know that shop quite well and they know me too... I bought several phones there...
So... I leave it to whoever has more reliable information.
Anybody?? Please...
