Hello btabbara,
You will need to change your current product code of your Nokia E90 and then reflash the firmware to the EMEA 16 Arabia version.
According to my information you will need either one of the following 2 product codes:
0545999: EMEA 16 - Arabia1 red
0544406: EMEA 16 - Arabia1 mocca If you do not know how to change your product code and reflash, please hold on as I am writing a small guide to help you do so.
Expect it today or tomorrow on this forum.

P.S. I cannot give you any warranty regarding the product codes, as always you on your own risk. (however, they should be correct) Reflash with another code when it does not contain the required language.
