Nokia Download! Application (similar to the one provided on Nseries phones) is arriving soon for PC.
Its official page on nokia website says ....
'Download music, ring tones, games, videos, and applications for your mobile phone. The same great Download! content found on your Nokia phone is now available to preview and download via your PC. With Download! for PC, your internet connection can help you reduce your download costs and increase download speeds.'
