Playlish refreshing query

Ive formatted my phone numerous times already for no particular reason, but what Im curious about is the fact that everytime I transfer music to my phone, and subsequently everytime that I refresh my playlists after transfer of files, its always stated "Added :1" , even though on all occasions I transfer numerous files, up to 150 at a time...Is this some error or what, it always state "Added:1" ...Should it be stating the number of files transferred or does the "1" represent the number of transfers..??
