I have an O2 unlocked N95
I have a three uk sim in it.
I changed the product code using NSS and used the 0536062 EURO1 - Plum code....NSS reported change okay...
I then used the Nokia PC Suite to update the phone.
The Updater starts, finds the phone, and at the end of it all it tells me that there are no software updates or there is a internet connection error.
BUT the current version on the phone is 10.0.018

I have completey disabled all firewalls etc and now the updater DOES find version 12 and starts going through the process of updating..
THEN i get the error
"nokia service layer host process has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
