Nokia officially unveil Next Gen N-Gage platform

At their Go Play press conference in London today, attended by various Nokia bigwigs including CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, the Next Gen N-Gage platform was officially unveiled. Other services and devices, especially music-oriented stuff, were also unveiled, but we're going to concentrate on what they said about gaming. The N-Gage games should launch in November 2007, and other multimedia services were stated as starting in Q4 2007 which means October to December 2007.

I think they said it would take a while for absolutely everything in the video to roll out though, for example the touchscreen interface on S60 models will be some time in 2008 according to Kallasvuo.
