Nokia Maps 1.0 rolled out for all

this ruined my phone without the memory card in worked fine when i put it back in the phone would only load maps to 30% then phone switches off so cannot use mapsat all i had to re flash the firmware on the phone again just to get the maps section working again with my mem card in i have not upgraded my phones firmware still at 11.026, so would this have anything to do with it, but i do prefer the old maps

After removing all maps and reloaded the search function works OK with new map version in my E90

Looks like i'll give this a miss until the bugs have been ironed out.

What is your experience with this new version, Rafe, Steve, Krisse and even Ewan?

It just keeps telling that the media is disconnected ... it isn't. Is this a beta or what ??

I have E70 formware v.2, and I use Nokia Maps for E61, E65. So far all working fine 😉

The new Nokia Maps is giving me real problems. It works fine for navigating a couple of suburbs away but when I try to go from one side of the city to the other it calculates for about 10 minutes and then exits the programme.
I'm trying to revert back to the original smart2go that came with my Nokia E90 which worked fine, but I can't revert to the original now that I've installed the update. Does anyone know how?

I too am having trouble with this upgrade and would like to know how to revert to the previous version that came with the Nokia E90.
It would be great if it can be done.

I tried your instructions with moving the maps to the subdirectory in the "private" folder but I still can't get maps to show anything besides a pastel green screen. I have a nokia e65 and have been trying for days to get the stupid maps to display. I am using the latest downloads from maps.nokia.com. Any suggestions?

i have tried n73 version from nseries.com but it wont install.

Great for the first 6 months, then it died with me in deepest darkest Wales 😞

I found I had to re-format and re-load my memory card to get this application to run. The problem appears to be a corrupted licence file, but I couldn't find it. Quicker to wipe the card and start again.

Nokia support non existant, had to google for a solution

Get it right Nokia !
