Hi
phone been playing up all weekend - messages such as insert sim (sims been inserted) appearing, screens freezing, etc.
however those problems seemed to have resolved themselves however the walkman isn't working. The album details, tracks are all there but no album art & when i press play there is no sound, says "track not found" and skips through all tracks on album, each flashing same message.
i tried to access the tracks via file manager and the tab with musical note (media files) appears greyed out!
Also when i attach the phone to the computer the hard drive is not being picked up!! please help as i don't want to lose all my music!!!
