I have just updated my firmware to the lastest 12.whatever version and I notice that none of the soft keys work. There is no text at all at the bottom of the screen to say whats setup for them. Clicking them does nothing.
I found a post that tells you how to setup the soft keys but the option doesnt seem to be there on my phone now.....
Any one able to help me on this ?

update: After reading a bit more I see that its not good to restore phone settings after a firmware update....which I kinda did... could this have caused it ? and how might i fix that ?
