Acala 3GP Movies free

Hi there, I'm trying to use this program to convert movies in avi format to the phone... Its doing the job ok, But when i select Excellent video qulity and 320x240 frame size, it only converts about half of the movie.... The version is 2.6.7... Can anyone shed some light on to this...

I think the free version of Acala has a limit of something like ten mintues or twenty minutes when I used it a while back to do exactly the same thing. So gave that up but have not found any other free tool yet that's as good.
