What are the differences to these two N95 firmwares?

Very interesting!
They look like minor tweaks possibly rolled out to NSCs and then incorporated in the major udate releases through NSU!
Have you applied them?
Do you have a JAF box?

There is no difference in the firmware.

The minor updates add more 'Operator Variants' to the V12.0.013 firmware, for example the products codes for operators not previously covered.

If you are using the Euro 1 product code you do not need to install them.

Thanks for clearing that up, I haven't even installed v12 over my v11 due to reading about keypad issues with V12.
