you still have to go to symbiansigned dot com regardless

and if you visit the symbian_signed site mentioned above, you'll note they changed the rules of the game 😞

Symbian Signed website remains the brickwall no matter which way you go about trying to get Certs. I've spent some hours trying to install Slide hangup.sis on my Nokia N95 and have decided its all to hard and will continue to press the hang-up button
