Happy with my service provider - so far — Nokia N95 and N95 8GB

I don't work for THREE but want to say how happy i am with my tarrif and handset....

I work in the customer service industry and good service is NEVER rewarded, but i gotta say, three have been badly (and rightly) critised in the past for offering poor customer service....it seems they have been listening.
My reason for going with three is that they actually have a shop near me in Watford so i guessed if i had problems and couldn't get them resolved i could go in the shop and give them what for....Never had to do it!

My three xseries is the BEST tarrif i ever had...unlimited skype, browsing, loads of mins and thousand texts, TV if i want to pay for it..allows me to make FULL use of my N95 (bought sim free) upgraded from the N73 i got from THREE, been with them 9 months and having heard all the horror stories of what Orange and others do to their handsets, not looking to leave.

I was going to go with 3, but was unable to find a reasonably priced tarriff that included about 600 minutes and 600 texts - they have good value tarriffs if you only want one or the other, but not both. I was considering £28 Talker plus £10 for 200 texts, but that still didn't really meet my requirements, so I ended up going for T-Mobile Flext 35 with Web'n'Walk.

Well mine has 300 mins 1000 texts unlimited internet 50 mins of video calling and a Nokia N73 for 18 months.

You also get £5.00 to spend on videos/ringtones/dialtunes/etc every month

Was £17.50 for first 6 months (plus allowance was double for the fist 6 months)

then £35.00 for the next twelve
