i have a nokia n93i but when i turn it on it says "phone start up failed please contact retailer" is there anything i can do to try make it work? so a can save money?:redface:

Sounds like a hardware problem. Depending on what causes it, it might be fixable under warranty.

not necessarily a hardware problem it could be software related, in which case a hard reset might be a good idea, if you cant load up the device at all, hold down the following buttons : 3, *, green call key and press the power on, this will do a hard reset on the device and could well solve your problem, let us know how you get on 😊
