Can't set Voicemail on P990i (Originaly O2)

I have a P990i that was from O2 Network. I am using it on Three / 3

However, I need to set my Voicemail key, the only problem is that I cannot see the option for doing so.

1. In the manual it says it is under Tools -> Control Panel -> Call settings -> Voicemail. HOWEVER The Voicemail option does not exist under Call Settings!. Have O2 removed it? :con?

2. Someone also said try this:
-Open your main menu, and select "messaging"
-Select "Settings"
-Select "Voicemail Number" (Again for this option is not there!!

So how can I set the Voicemail? Is this a case of O2 removing this option? How do I enable it?

Is is possible to put a generic firmware?

I managed to get this sorted out. All I did was a firmware download via the SE PC software. It was the O2 firmware download.

You need to save SMS, contacts etc... as all this gets overwritten....
