Theme Manager for S60 3rd Edition

I'm looking for s/w that will change my phone's theme based on various factors, such as whether my phone is charging, time of day, etc.

The reason for this is that I have installed an active mount for my E90 in my car. I like a clean, clear, uncluttered look, so for normal day-to-day use, I use the WhiteRevisited theme, but if I'm driving at night, that's too bright, so I'd like to switch to something more subdued such as the built-in dots grey theme.

In an absolutely perfect world, the app would know sunrise and sunset times, and would switch to the grey theme if it's charging and night-time, and to the white theme at all other times. However, combining a manual time of day with charging status, or even just using charging status would be a good start.

If I do a Google search I can find Theme Managers for PocketPCs, but nothing for Symbian 3rd Edition (FP1).

Has anyone got any ideas? Or is there somebody out there who might like to develop such an app?

Thanks
Julie

I've posted this request in a number of Symbian forums, but it appears that such a thing doesn't exist at the moment.

I already have BestProfiles, and contacted their support team. They do plan to add support for Theme switching in a future version, but didn't say whether this would just be based on time, etc. as profiles are currently, or whether the charging status could be taken into account too.
