Using the USB cable to connect the Z* to my PC I find I get a really, really slow connection!
Any ideas?
Oh, and is there a way to make the phone jump back to the home screen when the slider is closed? I have a habit of losing interest while browsing the menus and it would be great if it just reset to the home page when closed!

Do you mean slow connection for file transfer speed, or slow charging?
If its charging you are on about then it will be slower as its taking power from a USB port which has conciderable less voltage than the mains adapter.
Id have thought its USB 2.0 though so cant see why it should be slow to transfer data, though ive not put much on mine yet so havent really used it.

Mine is slow at data transfer - I just take the disc out and put it straight in the computer. Hell of alot quicker 😉
Data transfer. I ended up putting the card in another device to move everything across! 😃
