I have a poblem with my e62.i can create a new folder in the Menu section...but cant delete it....The delete option is there, but ,on selecting delete ,the phone says ' Unable to delete'.
Please suggest me way to delete these empty folders..I tried reseting the phone to factory settings with no success.
Is there any other way..Firmware updates for E62 is'nt available as of now..:con?

Another option is to do a hard reset. Before you do this, backup your important data individually. Do not do a full back up because when you install it back to the phone, the folder you want to delete might still be there. By doing a hard reset, your phone will be like new. You have to set everything again, instal your application etc.

To do a hard reset, power up your phone but hold and press the the call button (green), 3 key & * key. All must be pressed together. Hope this helps.
