3.5G on V12

Hi,

I've just debranded my T-Mobile N95 to Euro1 and updated the firmware V12. I was checking that all the settings were back to what I wanted (did it manually as I'd heard problems with using restore).

Under packet data in settings you can no longer turn on whether you want HSDPA supported or not. I take it is now automatically on? Seemed silly not to do that in the first place.

hi,

Seems strange or I haven't understood your post,

I have firmware v12.0.013,
and under:

TOOLS -> SETTINGS -> CONNECTION -> PACKET DATA -> HIGH SPEED PACKET ACCESS

I can ENABLE / DISABLE.

is this the option you seem to be missing?

ut.

Weirdest thing. It was. It wasn't there when I looked last night and this morning. I've been out and back and now I'm syncing with my computer it's appeared?! Does it only enable when it's been in to a 3G area? No worries it's there now anyway.

Yes, setting is only available when you're currently on 3G network.
