hi i have a sis application in aplication manager but it is "not installed" but it is currently using my hdd memory, so i cant switch to mass storage mode on my pc. I cant seem to remove it. Any Help??????

Try this
Deleting Databases
Go to filemanager (filing cabinet icon)
Move joystick to switch to HDD tab
Select Options
Select Find
Select HDD memory
Type in system in "Find Text" field
See the system folder
then see data folder
erase the whole data folder
Power cycle the device
