hello thier i brought a nokia n73 from someone today it had vodapohne logo on it and has vodaphone sfotware on it i tryed to upgrade it to higher firmware like music edtion i connected to nns changed product code it was successful went to nokia firmware update and it says identfying phone stays on it all the time does nothingthen after like 5 minutes it says cannot connect to sol or other errors like check firewall etc i donno what to do pc suite works tho thanks

You need to change your product code to the original version of your phone.
Look it up in one of the stickies in the forum and find your region code. If your not sure which Product Code you need, google the code you think suits your phone, I did.
Then download Nemesis Service Suite and change your product code, after that launch your Nokia Software Updater and you can install a new firmware! 😃
