I am getting problem syncing my N73 with outlook. it was working fine but started giving System Error. I could not delete a particular calendar item and think that was the problem.
then I found new version of PC suite and sync started working fine after installation. it has failed to sync again on Friday. I deleted all calendar entries using Delete command but still got System Error. I switched off and switched on and couldnt see any tasks or calendar items.
Now syncing started giving new error "Unable to open database".
is there a way to repair PIM database and go back to original state?
This is regarding your issue. That you were facing while synchronising the calender details.
I had checked the same in my Laptop too using N 73.
What i did is, i deleted one calender item from Mobile and synched it with the PC and the deleted item was no more in Calender entry on My PC as well as i deleted one calender item from my PC and then synched it with my handset. After synchronisation, the deleted item was not visible in Handset which was there before sync happend. SO in both the ways ie from PC to Handset as well as from Handset to PC, the calender item. Could you please give more informatin regarding your issues so that let me try and check it.😎
