Ive just recieved a brand new n95 from o2 insurance and ran the software update to update it to the latest firmware 12.0.whatever which it started to do fine, then halfway through said the phone had lost connection which it quite clearly hadn't and it was plugged into the charger had full bettery etc. Now it just turns on with a black screen and does nothing whatsoever.... any ides why this has happened? nothing distrubed it at all when it was updating.

Try rebooting -
Take the battery out and count to 5
Insert the battery
Press and hold Nokia's equivalent CTRL, ALT, DEL keys: [3], [*] and [GRN]
Press power button - do not let go of the three other keys.
When the musical hands appear, release the keys.
