Yeah, my phone sees the router its just the setting up the account and then the group account thing:con?

Control Panel - Connections - Internet Accounts
Internet Accounts dropdown at top of screen, select New Account - WLAN

Click on the magnifying glass to search for Wireless networks in range, it should find your wireless lan.

The Account name can be anything e.g. 'Home' 'Work'

You will need to set all the other settings to match your router, if you don't know try leaving on default settings.

If you have done that goto groups, select Internet and then add new account. Find the account that you just created and add it to the list. You can then click on an account name and change the connection priority (Order of points to try to connect to)

I have a SSID card and password (network key), at no point have I entered the key, do I need to do this somewhere?:con?

Right, I changed the setting from infrastructure to adhoc which enabled me to input my WEP key that windows gave me and I am now connected!:icon14:

Hmm, when I open the browser it says "could not locate remote server" when ever I try to find something ie ggogle, it can't even find vodafone live!:con?
