convert downloaded youtubes with super

Hi
I use keepvid to download youtube videos, fantastic site.
Can any one suggest the correct setting to use on Super to get a small enough file on my phone..
ps they download as flv, then you use Super to convert

I use YouTube Downloader it will save as avi, mpeg or flv
you can get it from http://www.youtube-d.com if you are interested

The one i use doesn't have to download aand install a program---which is good for me.

But Super is a great program that converts untold file types.

I was really looking for a good profile to use.
IE good quality but good file size
