Nokia Internet Radio SIS and SISX files not supported? — Nokia Eseries S60 3.0 phones (E50, E60, E62, E61, E61i, E70)

I have an E61. I have Software Installation set to "all". Online Certificate check is set to "off".

I have downloaded the S60 v3 files directly from opensource.Nokia.com and when I attempt to install they specifically say filename.sis or filename.sisx not supported. I tried both directly connecting via the phone to download and install the files as well as downloading to my PC and using PC Suite to install. I get the same thing both ways.

Anyone know why I am unable to install the Internet Radio files?

It work with my E65. AFAIK, we must install 2 file: The Shoutcast Engine and the S60 Internet Radio?
But how to listen my country's radio from that app?

I cannot get either shoutcast nor internet radio files to install. I've run into many other E61 users that got it to install but I cannot get them to install at all.

what version firmware, i have had this running on my e61, though you need to create the playlist for the radio in winamp..

I cannot even get the darn thing to install much less start a playlist.

Firmware is:
3.0633.09.04

I've already tried to see if there is a firmware update and does not seem to be one available.
