What is the best aplication to capyure video clips in Nokia 7650 ?

There are couple of apps that can do video recording but none of them can be posted here.
The only way to get some app that can do video capture (legally) is if its provided by your operator.
VideoMMS - Wind Itally,HantroCP - T-Mobile Germany,Hungary etc etc.
