may i know how to activate or use the wifi of this phone?

I have a 9300 (without Wifi) but the connection methodology should be about the same.
Go to Tools -> Control Panel -> Connections and then explore the Wifi configuration menus.
When in doubt....consult the documentation. The user manual is available from nokia.com.
